I’m so proud to share our 2015 highlights with you – it certainly has been a huge year for Equiem. With an amazing team and growing list of high-profile customers, we’ve gone from strength to strength across Platform, Engagement and Onsite.

The property landscape is evolving rapidly and customer demand for more flexible and experience-led environments continues to increase. Landlords are adapting; with innovation moving beyond the design of the built environment and towards soft services, community and wellbeing.

Meeting the needs of our customers continues to drive everything we do at Equiem. In 2015 we launched features to help you manage end of trip resources, book flexible spaces, send segmented communications and get access to more data and better insights.

I’d like to take this opportunity to specifically highlight the groundbreaking achievements of our Onsite team who are quite simply revolutionising tenant experience in commercial office buildings and premium retail spaces across Australia.

Through our Onsite model, we’ve crafted a powerful offline experience that perfectly complements our online platform to deliver real value. With 70 Onsite staff now working across Australia to enhance and activate building communities, the Equiem model has truly been validated by the industry this year.

Overview

It’s been a busy year

This year was full of firsts and milestones. We launched our first retail Portal at Emporium Melbourne, our first all-Equiem Onsite team at Rialto. We provided the complete guest services team for the newly renovated Eastland. We launched new Portals in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. All the while continuing to deliver the best integrated technology and services platform to help our clients achieve their tenant engagement objectives in 2015.

The Equiem Platform has matured into a balanced combination of the Portal, Onsite (Community Managers) and Engage (Services). It’s unlike any other in market and it lets our different teams work closely with building managers and execute strategies both online and offline. This year we ran a packed calendar of engagement campaigns, events, articles, competitions, activations and more, aligned with our clients’ objectives. With the majority (80%) of our content sourced hyperlocally, the campaigns were always highly relevant to occupants.
